Salon Protocol

Please carefully read all salon policies and procedures. Please call the salon for any questions or concerns. (678-909-5990)

Before Booking

  1. Any and all medical disabilities, allergies, etc will need to be disclosed to your service provider to be sure the professional can accommodate them.

  2. Saturday appointments can/will have longer wait times as this is a busy day at the salon. We ask that you be considerate and expect the best #iConicExperience

  3. Should a client be unhappy, they have up to 24hours to contact the salon for possible revisions.  If no solution is found, a partial refund or re-do may be applicable.

  4. Please be sure to book ALL services desired at the time of scheduling, we cannot guarantee same day service changes.

After Booking

  1. At iConicallySHEA , we house both commission beauty professionals and booth renters. We are not liable for any discrepancies or transactions with booth renters. 

  2. Please be advised that cancellations made up to [72 hours] before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made [72 hours] or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of [half of the service rate]. This appointment will have to be rescheduled.

In Salon 

  1. Please refrain from bringing additional occupants not being serviced. Space is limited.

  2. Taking pictures of our work is critical for our daily content. If you are not comfortable being photographed, no pressure! Kindly let your stylist you'd rather not have any pictures during your visit.
